The Marble Group.
Marble are a global strategic experiential marketing agency. They work with innovators across tech, finance and professional services. They turn gatherings into moments, and moments into legacies.
For four years I oversaw the agencies delivery department, specifically around the technical production service offering they had for their clients. Working across multiple £5m+ projects globally working from pitch all the way through to post production of their events.
Disclosed AV Company.
This Disclosed AV company was originally an events hire business operating in the wedding sector, turning over around £120k when I joined the business in 2016. In a short 4 year stint as Production Director and Shareholder, I grew the business 480% by developing a 360 AV Turnkey offering to existing and new clients.
Universal Music.
Tour Managing some of universals biggest upcoming artist across the globe. I consulted for the Tour Production Department overseeing touring budgets that were submitted to Universal to release funds from artist deals and contracts. 2016 saw me on the road for 265 days looking after a technical team of 10, band team of 5 and a huge extensive list of suppliers and trucking for a global tour.
MJ Events Support.
MJ was incorporated by Marty Jones after an extensive background in Security and Crowd Management and previous the army. MJ are a leader in their sector providing their services to the outdoor events industry.
I was onboarded to cost effectively resource the companies production services to their existing client portfolio. Developing a driving clients existing operations, requirements and developed all aspects of contracts. Production Managing major sporting events such as Tour of Britain and England Hockey Events.
